UNIZA resort of Zuberec is located in the lovely mountainous surroundings of Zuberec Woods, down the Roháče, in the beautiful nature of the Western Tatras. Its ideal location over the village of Zuberec makes the resort an ideal starting point to set off on mountain trails and cyclo-hiking, and to visit nearby ski centres Zverovka, Mojtín and Janovky. There is Meander Park Thermal Oravice about 12km far from the resort. In the vicinity of the resort there is Orava Village Museum Zuberec.
